Privacy
Need Materials does not activate Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google AdSense or a consent management platform (CMP) on this page. Those optional services are not currently configured or enabled.
Run the calculators
Roof pitch, roof area and shingle bundles, one task at a time.
Optional services
GA4 may be used in a later ticket only if analytics is configured and enabled. AdSense may be used in a later ticket only if advertising is configured and enabled. A CMP may be introduced later if consent controls are required for those optional services.
If optional services are enabled in the future, applicable consent choices will control whether they may load. Declining optional consent must not prevent use of the calculators or their ordinary content.
Local calculator continuity
The Pitch → Area → Shingles continuity feature uses versioned, temporary sessionStorage in your browser only when you choose to continue from one calculator to the next. Later valid edits in those calculators update the saved state, which expires two hours after it was last updated. Resetting any roofing calculator removes it.
This browser-local storage is not sent to Need Materials, is not used for advertising or profiles, will not create an account and is not permanent saved-project storage.
Current state
No analytics, advertising or consent scripts are activated by this notice. Details about external processing, retention or transfers will be stated only when a service is actually selected, configured and reviewed.
